Power Unit Youth Organization will be collaborating with Harbourfront Centre to bring forth the winner in the form of a cooking demo to teach you to create your own favourite night market delight and teach you about Chinese food etiquette. This will occur at Harbourfront Centre’s Fortune Cooking Food Festival on Friday, August 20, 2010 from 8:30PM to 9:30PM at the Lakeside Terrace Tent (York Quay Centre, 235 Queens Quay West). The host of this event will be Catherine Jheon, writer and content producer for foodnetwork.ca.
